What are the odds of finding a shiny pokemon using a pokeradar?

I know its usually 1 in 8192, but with a pokeradar the odds are better, so what are those odds.

1. i am not sure, all i know is that a Pokemon might be shiny if the grass turns yellow when you use the poke radar. good luck!

3. Your odds at 40 are 1/200. Just keep running around using repels refreshing your radar. Anything past 40 just is risky.
